Ive taken a semi-hiatis off neo. i say semi b/c i just cant stay away [proving i have no life...] with all my newfound time ive been scrolling through the art blogs at urban outfitters and free people and thats when i discovered that DIY has been the best thing to hit the fashion scene since stilletoes! most fashion blogs link or have DIY tutorials that teach you how to stud shoes, make bags and even rip off alexander wang. if you have time on your hands *cough* i simply must suggest that you take a good look at these blogs.
